SIRIO Q
SIRIO Q is Bezzera’s professional coffee grinder—not an espresso machine. Its vertically positioned 77 mm flat burrs are designed to keep retention low, while a front micrometric ring gives the barista fine control over the grind setting. Bezzera presents the grinder for espresso, ibrik, filter and cupping, with three selectable motor speeds for different operating markets.
