Bezzera · Semi-professional espresso
BZ16
BZ16 brings Bezzera's electrically heated group and heat-exchanger brewing system into a narrow single-group format. Its two-litre boiler supports espresso preparation and steam service, while separate hot-water and steam controls keep daily operation straightforward. Choose the S configuration for a four-litre reservoir and vibrating pump, or the R configuration for mains water and a volumetric motor pump. DE controls provide four programmable doses plus continuous delivery; PM controls offer push-button start and stop. These are distinct configurations, not interchangeable features on every unit. GBN can help select the water connection and dosing arrangement for your counter.
