Bezzera · Traditional espresso

B2013 AL

B2013 AL uses lever-operated brewing groups for a traditional espresso service. The barista operates each lever to initiate the extraction cycle, giving the machine a different working rhythm from Bezzera's pump-driven commercial models. An AISI 304 stainless-steel body houses a boiler sized to the group configuration. One-, two- and three-group versions allow the platform to suit different bar layouts. Optional gas heating is available for suitable installations; it is a heating option, not a statement that the machine needs no energy. Plan adequate overhead clearance for the raised levers and confirm the correct electrical and plumbing specification with GBN.
